In the field of construction engineering, plastering has always been a critical process affecting project duration, quality, and cost. Traditional manual plastering relies on skilled workers, facing challenges such as low efficiency, inconsistent quality, and rising labor costs.  It is also prone to common quality problems such as hollowing, cracking, and excessive deviations in flatness. The DERUTU DM plastering machine is equipped with a 2800W high-power motor and 30bar high-pressure spraying technology, achieving an efficient output of 18L/min.  It can plaster an average of 300-350㎡ per day, with a record high of over 708㎡/day, which is more than 6 times faster than traditional manual methods. Combined with the D70 gypsum spraying machine's "dry and wet material dual-use" design, it eliminates the need for manual mixing, achieving a putty spraying efficiency of 450㎡/h and latex paint spraying efficiency of 660㎡/h. The entire process, from feeding and spraying to leveling, is automated, significantly reducing interference from overlapping construction tasks and shortening the construction period for a 100,000㎡ project by more than 60 days.


Utilizing a Siemens PLC control system and microcomputer sensor leveling technology, the DERUTU plastering machine strictly controls wall verticality errors to within 2mm, far exceeding manual construction standards. Through a dual process of 30kg high-pressure extrusion and vibration plastering, the adhesion density between the mortar and the wall is increased by 5 times, fundamentally solving problems such as hollowing and cracking. It is compatible with various materials including gypsum, cement mortar, and putty, and can accurately spray materials with particle diameters ≤6mm. The plastering thickness can be freely adjusted between 2-50mm, meeting the needs of different construction scenarios.


Traditional manual plastering costs approximately 8 yuan/㎡, while DERUTU's "one machine, two people" operation mode (1 engineer + 1 assistant) has a labor cost of only 2.2 yuan/㎡.  This saves over 58,000 yuan per 10,000 ㎡ of construction. Taking the Yichang Country Garden City Center project as an example, two machines completed the plastering of the entire building in just 3 days, replacing 8 skilled workers and reducing the construction period from 15 days to 3 days, directly generating economic benefits exceeding 120,000 yuan. According to actual measurements, the equipment investment can be recovered after completing 20,000-30,000 ㎡ of construction, and the annual profit can reach over 540,000 yuan.
