The DM-ACR-100 automatic coating robot utilizes SLAM LiDAR navigation technology to autonomously plan paths, avoid obstacles, and perform tasks at the touch of a button. It features a proprietary AGV chassis with exceptional obstacle-traversal capabilities that protect the floor surface and is equipped with an information module that provides a clear, intuitive view of application data. Capable of operating at heights of up to 5.7 meters, it automatically performs wall spraying and plastering tasks using materials such as cement, gypsum, and polymer mortar.

DM Intelligent Plastering Machine: Features microcomputer-controlled automatic leveling with a margin of error under 2mm. It eliminates the need for screed rails, achieves a daily output of 800 square meters with a single-pass finish, and reduces plaster material consumption by 40%. Its modular design ensures easy transport and flexible relocation between job sites.

DP-220 Multifunctional Spraying Machine: Capable of spraying various materials—such as cement, gypsum, and fire-resistant coatings—without the need for dedicated machines for specific materials. It supports dual-voltage operation (220V/380V) and features adjustable flow rates. It ensures a dense, void-free finish, reduces construction costs, and enhances both quality and efficiency; suitable for projects involving interior and exterior walls.

D70 Gypsum Spraying Machine: Compatible with dual voltage (220V/380V); features automatic water mixing for dry powder, allowing immediate use of the wet mix; modular design for easy disassembly and transport; suitable for plastering applications using various materials such as gypsum, aerogel, and inorganic fibers.

By combining a spraying machine with a plastering machine—spraying first, then plastering—a four-person crew can complete 800 square meters per day, making the plastering process simpler, more standardized, and highly efficient.
