On construction sites today, plasterers are hard to recruit, and wages rise year after year; even with a crowded workforce, schedules often fall behind. Furthermore, quality issues—such as hollow spots, cracking, and poor surface flatness—frequently lead to rework during inspections.

For years, Deruitu has focused on a single mission: transforming plastering—a grueling trade that traditionally relied on the tactile intuition of veteran craftsmen—into a standardized, mechanized assembly line process that ensures high-quality results even with rapid execution.

The DM-ACR-100 automatic application robot operates at heights of up to 5.7 meters; it navigates, plans its path, and avoids obstacles autonomously using LiDAR. Capable of spraying cement, gypsum, and polymer mortars, it allows operators to simply monitor data on a screen, eliminating the need to lug hoses around or climb up and down.

The DM intelligent plastering machine features microcomputer-controlled automatic leveling with a margin of error of no more than 2mm; it eliminates the need for screed strips, completing the job in a single pass. It boasts a daily coverage of 800m² and reduces material waste by 40%, while its modular design allows for easy disassembly and transport between sites.

The DP-220 is a versatile sprayer capable of handling cement, gypsum, and fire-retardant coatings—all in one machine. It operates on both 220V and 380V power supplies and features adjustable flow rates; it delivers a dense, void-free finish and is suitable for both interior and exterior walls.

The D70 gypsum spraying machine handles materials such as gypsum, aerogel, and inorganic fibers. It automatically mixes dry powder with water; wet gypsum mixes can be sprayed directly. It supports dual-voltage operation (220V and 380V) and is easy to disassemble and transport.

On the construction site, the most efficient workflow is the "spray-then-trowel" method: pairing one sprayer with one plastering machine and a four-person crew allows for an output of 800 square meters per day. With a smaller workforce, faster execution, and consistent quality, the numbers clearly show this is a cost-effective choice.
