The equipment is easy to load and unload, significantly reducing transfer time and greatly improving work efficiency. It boasts strong compatibility and can be perfectly integrated with various common transport vehicles.

The D70 gypsum spraying machine is designed specifically for the characteristics of gypsum-based materials, with a 220V output flow rate of up to 20 L/min and a 380V output flow rate of up to 30 L/min. It produces a fine spray finish with no voids or cracks.

The operation is simple and easy to learn.

In terms of operational guidance, through a combination of on-site engineer service, theoretical explanations, live demonstrations, and practical training, workers can quickly master the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Even first-time users can quickly become proficient after just one hour of training, achieving efficient operation.

The enlarged screw pitch design accommodates mortar aggregates up to 8mm, resulting in high flow rate and high head pressure, significantly simplifying the construction process and improving work efficiency.  It is suitable for interior walls, exterior walls, self-leveling applications, and other projects. Using air assistance, the mortar is atomized into countless fine droplets and sprayed onto the wall, ultimately forming a continuous surface, effectively eliminating problems such as wall delamination from the root cause.
