On September 27th, Baoshan District held a grand "Quality Month" project quality observation meeting at the construction site of the new archives building in Baoshan District, undertaken by Baojian Group. Liang Feng, Deputy Director of the Quality and Safety Department of the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, Xu Rongguo, Deputy Director of the Baoshan District Construction Management Committee, and Zhu Ting, Director of the Baoshan District Safety and Quality Supervision Station, attended the meeting. Invited representatives included park managers from various subdistricts and towns, as well as representatives from construction, supervision, construction, materials, and testing departments involved in ongoing projects in Baoshan District. Over 500 people participated in the event, with over 4,000 also participating online.

According to reports, this "Quality Month" on-site observation meeting has two exhibition areas: quality, process model and smart construction. It focuses on the construction characteristics of integrated construction, robot plastering, BIM technology application and digital construction. It also has a smart construction site management experience area and a plastering robot on-site construction operation demonstration to show the quality highlights of mechanized plastering construction process standardization, fine control, and intelligent leveling.

The Derutu intelligent plastering robot, with its "one spray, one wipe" function, was particularly eye-catching on site. The introduction of this device has significantly improved efficiency during the plastering process, ensuring stable verticality control of the finished surface and increasing efficiency by 6-8 times.

At the same time, the project also introduced intelligent equipment service project production such as spraying robots, measuring robots, and welding robots to assist in the intelligent fulfillment of the project.
At the construction site, the Deruitu plastering robot worked continuously for three days without interruption, completing a total construction area of approximately 2500 square meters. The measured flatness and verticality fully meet the acceptance standards. Leaders and experts affirmed the efficiency and quality of robot plastering.

Derutu's products are targeted at end-user construction companies, labor companies, and contractors. These contractors are primarily concerned with the practicality of their plastering machines, the difficulty of successful implementation, machine failure rates, and return on investment. Deruitu's core value is "Customer Success," so product development must be closely centered around customer needs and challenges. Therefore, numerous intelligent robot algorithms, big data, autonomous driving, radar, and laser scanning sensors are incorporated into existing plastering equipment based on customer needs and actual construction site conditions.

Next, Derutu will continue to deepen its technological research and development, strengthen its supply chain, and closely integrate the practicality, intelligence, and cost-effectiveness of its plastering machines. The company will continue to launch intelligent plastering machines that are more suitable for actual construction sites and offer higher cost-effectiveness. This will provide integrated mechanized construction solutions for construction projects, striving to provide a one-stop solution to the heavy and inefficient construction challenges faced by hundreds of millions of engineers.
