Project Introduction
In the Tianbei Economic Development Zone of Huyanghe City, Xinjiang's Seventh Division, a public welfare project aimed at improving the living conditions of local residents is progressing smoothly. The Tsinghua Garden project at Lvyuanli (formerly the site of the Seventh Division Party School) is underway. With a planned land area of 106,677.56 square meters and a planned construction area of 207,383.6 square meters, the project, with a total planned investment of 812 million yuan, will comprise 29 buildings, including 19 residential units, 9 commercial units, and one public service building. This ambitious seven-phase construction plan, with the goal of "improving human settlements and enhancing urban functions," is charting a new course for regional development. As a highly anticipated public welfare project, its completion will not only reshape the regional residential landscape but also provide residents with a more comfortable and convenient living experience.

01. Intelligent equipment is deployed in Tsinghua Garden
In this project, the PC-18 mortar sprayer and the leading DM plastering machine were used in tandem, injecting technological momentum into the project. From mortar spraying to wall smoothing, compared to traditional manual operations, this not only significantly improved construction efficiency but also ensured project quality with stable process standards.





02. Dual-machine collaboration improves engineering efficiency
The PC-18 mortar sprayer's high-pressure spraying process ensures a tight bond between the mortar and the wall, preventing potential problems such as hollowing and cracking. Its convenient operation allows construction teams to easily master the process without extensive training. On the Tsinghua Garden project, it serves as a key component of the "construction assembly line," providing a steady supply of material for wall plastering.



The DM leading plastering machine, equipped with microcomputer automatic leveling technology, can control the vertical flatness of wall surfaces to within 2mm. The special scraper with a three-blade design combines leveling and finishing, achieving high-quality wall surfaces in one go. The lightweight body and modular design make the machine easy to move between construction sites.


03. Technology empowers the future

For construction companies, mechanized construction significantly reduces reliance on manual labor. The shift from a "sea of humans" approach to "human-machine collaboration" not only reduces labor costs but also shortens construction schedules through efficient operations, allowing projects to proceed more quickly.
