The Guiyang Urban Investment and Diecui Project recently welcomed an industry event - the Guizhou Construction Investment Group 2025 Safety Production Month Observation Meeting and Project Management Exchange Meeting was successfully held here. With the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - find safety hazards around you", the event brought together more than 200 representatives from government departments, cooperative enterprises and various units of the group to jointly explore new paths for safety production, exchange refined management experiences, and witness the results of technological innovation.

The site set up an intelligent exhibition area, a green material booth and six theme learning classrooms, from the application of cutting-edge intelligent equipment to the display of prefabricated ALC wall panels and phosphogypsum self-leveling materials, from labor management to temporary electricity standard training, presenting the deep integration of safety management and technological innovation in all aspects. Guizhou Construction Investment Group also proposed the "Five Heart Project" brand concept at the meeting, with ingenuity, comfort, peace of mind, peace of mind, and meticulousness throughout the entire life cycle of the project, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.

As an innovative enterprise deeply engaged in the field of intelligent wall plastering, DERUTU has always reconstructed traditional construction scenes with technological innovation. We were fortunate to participate in the event this time, and we brought a variety of intelligent wall plastering equipment to the exhibition - from wall plastering machines equipped with microcomputer automatic leveling technology to large-flow, non-blocking spraying machines, each of which embodies the in-depth exploration of improving construction efficiency and optimizing labor costs.

DM Leading Pro Model

As a new generation product of "Wall Plastering Master", its maximum plastering height can reach 6m, the standard width is 110cm (optional 80cm, 100cm), and the working efficiency is as high as 4㎡/minute, which can easily meet the needs of various wall construction. The patented scraper design integrates scraping and multiple finishing, and the wall plastering effect is good without hollowing and cracking. Equipped with DC48V batteries (two sets of configurations) and 750W servo motors, it is not limited by the power supply of the construction site. One backup and one use, the ultra-long battery life is more than 12 hours. With the automatic leveling of the microcomputer, the vertical flatness error of the wall can be controlled within 2mm, making the construction quality more controllable.

DM-MIX double mixing pump spraying machine

The DM-MIX dual mixing pump stands out with its "horizontal + vertical" two-time mixing technology, with a delivery volume of 36-60L/minute. In high-flow mode, its efficiency is equivalent to that of two traditional sprayers. Its core advantage lies in intelligent control: the exclusive water system realizes automatic material stop when there is no water, eliminating pipe blockage; it is equipped with mobile Internet function, which can remotely monitor the machine location, operating time and construction data, and has sensor fault warning and maintenance reminders, making the construction process controllable. In addition, by replacing the mixing pump motor, it can be compatible with a variety of materials such as gypsum mortar and cement mortar, and has strong adaptability.

The PC-18 mortar sprayer is an efficient and practical construction equipment. It adopts mature screw pump technology and supports a variety of materials such as self-mixed mortar, premixed mortar, cement mortar, and finished mortar.
