As a next-generation "master plastering machine," this unit offers a standard plastering height of 4.2m (customizable for greater heights) and a standard width of 110cm (with optional width configurations). Capable of easily plastering 800 square meters per day, it meets diverse wall plastering requirements while eliminating issues like hollow spots or the need for rework. It is powered by a DC48V battery system (dual-battery setup) and a 750W servo motor, freeing it from reliance on on-site power sources and ensuring over 8 hours of continuous operation. Additionally, the microcomputer-controlled automatic leveling system keeps verticality and flatness deviations within 2mm, ensuring superior and consistent construction quality.

PC-18 Mortar Spraying Machine

The PC-18 mortar spraying machine is a highly efficient and practical piece of construction equipment. Utilizing proven screw pump technology, it supports a wide range of materials—including site-mixed, pre-mixed, and ready-made mortars, as well as cement mortar—delivering superior spraying quality and efficiency compared to manual application. The machine is easy to operate, allowing workers to quickly master its use, thereby reducing labor costs and simplifying the construction process.
