Central NorthVille Nonthaburi is a flagship mixed-use urban complex meticulously crafted by Central Pattana (CPN)—Thailand’s leading commercial real estate developer—and stands as Nonthaburi Province’s largest integrated commercial and residential development to date.

Situated along Rattanathibet Road—a major arterial route in the Mueang Nonthaburi District—this project occupies a total land area of approximately 48 Rai (equivalent to 76,800 square meters). Following redevelopment, the leasable area will exceed 100,000 square meters, encompassing a large-scale shopping mall, high-end office spaces, and mixed-use commercial and residential amenities. Recognized by local authorities as a benchmark urban renewal initiative, the project is scheduled to officially open in 2026.

Deruitu traveled to Thailand to supply spraying and plastering equipment for the Central NorthVille Nonthaburi project, successfully completing the entire construction delivery process. Addressing the project's specific requirements and on-site challenges, the Deruitu team engaged in extensive preliminary consultations with the project stakeholders. By integrating on-site working conditions with local Thai construction standards and the specific properties of the mortar materials used, they successfully executed customized equipment calibration and developed a comprehensive, proactive construction plan.

Following the arrival of the equipment on-site, engineers from Deruitu provided comprehensive, end-to-end support—ranging from installation and commissioning to on-site spraying and plastering demonstrations. Furthermore, they delivered systematic operational training, safety protocol instruction, and daily maintenance guidance to the local Thai construction team, thereby ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the equipment throughout the entire process. During actual field operations, the compatibility and stability of Deruitu’s DP-220 multi-functional spraying machine and DM intelligent plastering machine were thoroughly validated.
